About Alethea P. Kypriotakis, DMD
Dr. Alethea Kypriotakis was born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio. Of Greek heritage, she grew up as an active member of her church and community. Dr. K, as her patients often call her, attended John Carroll University, a small, liberal arts college in the Midwest. There, she received her Bachelor of Arts Degree, magna cum laude. She spent many years in the business world of sales and marketing, receiving various awards from her superiors and peers. It was in her time in corporate America, selling to the medical community, that she decided she wanted to contribute by treating patients as a dentist. She then went back to school, completing the necessary courses and testing to attend dental school. Dr. K attended Case School of Dental Medicine, in Cleveland, Ohio, where she graduated with honors. She then moved with her husband, George, and two young children to Katy, Texas. She has spent the last several years right here in Katy. Her two children, Babi and Yianni, attend Katy ISD. Dr. K absolutely loves Katy and has made it her home. The multi-cultural spirit, friendly people, and beautiful Texas landscape are just a few of the reasons.
