About Behrooz Khademazad, DDS
Dr. Behrooz Khademazad graduated from University of Rochester with a Bachelor of Science (Dean's List) in Biochemistry in 1982. He continued his education at the Ohio State University Dental School where he graduated with honors in 1986. In 1987, Dr. Khademazad completed General Practice Residency at Genesee Hospital where he treated medically-compromised patients referred by the Rochester community dental practitioners. In 1987, Dr. Khademazad completed General Practice Residency at Genesee Hospital where he treated medically-compromised patients referred by the Rochester community dental practitioners. In 1988, he started his practice in Grand Prairie, Texas, serving the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex and beyond. Dr. Khademazad's love for dental research started in 1980 at the renowned Eastman Dental Center. His early interest in implants started with research utilizing electron microscope studies in 1984, which explored the bone response to different implant surfaces. These studies were later recognized in a presentation at the International Association for Dental Research (IADR) and American Association for Dental Research (AADR) in 1985 in Dallas, Texas.
