About Benjamin H. Waldman, DDS
Dr. Waldman received his BS from Duke University, his DDS from the University of Maryland School of Dentistry, and completed a General Practice Residency at Mt. Sinai Hospital. He is a Fellow of the Academy of General Dentistry. He is also a member of the American Dental Association, the Connecticut State Dental Association, the Greater Danbury Dental Society, the Academy of General Dentistry, and the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry. Dr. Waldman is a staff member at Danbury Hospital and New Milford Hospital, and an associate clinical professor at the Indiana University School of Dentistry. Besides providing general dental care, Dr. Waldman has specific interests in cosmetic dentistry and diseases of the TMJ (temperomandibular joint). Outside the office, Dr. Waldman enjoys golf, tennis, cycling, photography, and travel. He was a founder of New Milford Youth Lacrosse and served as an officer and a coach for over 20 years. He resides in New Milford with his wife and two daughters. His wife, Sue is an art teacher at Northville Elementary School in New Milford. Rachel is a graduate of Vassar College and is pursuing a doctoral degree in Neuropsychology at Albert Einstein Medical School. Julia is a graduate of the University of Connecticut and is a research scientist at the Broad Institute, human genomics lab at MIT.
