About Claire C. Toon, DDS
Dr. Claire Coffey Toon graduated from the University of Illinois at Chicago College of Dentistry in 2008. She then went on to complete a General Practice Residency at Saint Mary’s Hospital. After two years of practicing as an associate in Waterbury, Dr. Toon returned to Saint Mary’s Hospital as an attending dentist overseeing and instructing dental residents for the next five years. Before becoming the owner of Southbury Dental Care, she was also an associate at an office in Brookfield and a staff dentist at Staywell Health Center in Waterbury. Dr. Toon is from Watertown, CT and graduated from The Westover School in Middlebury. She now calls the town of Woodbury her home. When not in the office caring for her patients, Dr. Toon enjoys hiking, being outdoors, and spending time with her husband and their four school aged children.
