About Corey K. Houmand, DDS
Dr. Corey K. Houmand and his dental staffs have provided family dental care to the mountain community of Lake Arrowhead for the past 30 years and the Moreno Valley community for the past 27 years. Dr. Houmand received his undergraduate Bachelors of Science Degree from Utah State University in 1979, majoring in mathematics with double minors in biology and chemistry. He graduated Cum Laude from Loyola University School of Dentistry in 1983 with numerous honors including: Omicron Kappa Upsilon Honor Society, International College of Dentists Honorary Award, and the American Association of Endodontics Award. Postgraduate study included a General Practice Residency at Loma Linda University Medical Center and Jerry L. Pettis V. A. Hospital. He is a long standing member of the American and California Dental Associations and the Tri-County Dental Society. Dr. Houmand has proudly served on the Board of Directors of the Lake Arrowhead Communities Chamber of Commerce (1986-89) and President (1988), “Rotarian of the Year” and Director of Rotary International (1987-88). He has also served on the Board of Directors of Lake Arrowhead Country Club (1989-95) and President (1995). Dr. Houmand and his wife, Natalie, have lived on the mountain for the past thirty years with their three children. They have enjoyed the Community and the surrounding environment which has provided them with a quality family life. Dr. Houmand opened his Moreno Valley Dental Practice in October 1987, to serve the surrounding areas with professional dental care within this community.
