About Daniel Mingrone, DDS
Dr. Daniel Mingrone's passion for dentistry started at a young age while growing up in Campbell, California. Having shadowed and interned while in high school at his family's dentist's office, Dr. Mingrone fell in love with the profession. He saw first hand how dentistry can not only improve people's smiles but change people's lives. After graduating from Bellarmine College Prep in San Jose, Dr. Mingrone continued on to study biology at Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo. After undergraduate, Dr. Mingrone attended the prestigious University of the Pacific, Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry. Dr. Mingrone graduated among the top of his class, earning Honors and inducted into the Honor society Tau Kappa Omega. Through leadership and volunteerism in the community, Dr. Mingrone was also awarded the UOP Volunteerism Award. Dr. Mingrone strongly believes in giving back to his community having volunteered at numerous community outreach/volunteering programs such as CDA cares and Berkeley Free Clinic. Dr. Mingrone is a member of the ADA, CDA, Mid-Peninsula Dental Society, and AGD. Dr. Mingrone is currently also working as one of the onsite dentists at Facebook. Along with his soon to be wife, Dr. Bridget Collins, Dr. Mingrone enjoys outdoor activities including hiking, kayaking, cycling, SCUBA, travelling to new destinations, and taking care of their two cats: Kona and Maui. Dr. Mingrone is also an avid Bay Area sports fan, following the 49ers, Giants, Warriors and Sharks.
