About David Tsang, DMD
Dr. David Tsang grew up in California and graduated high school as Valedictorian. During high school, he played water polo and swam on the varsity teams. He attended the University of California, Berkeley, and obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Molecular and Cell Biology with an emphasis in Cell Developmental Biology. An avid sports fan, he worked with the Cal football and baseball teams as a trainer. Working with a multi-disciplinary team, he helped rehabilitate injured athletes. He then earned his dental degree from the University of Pittsburgh, School of Dental Medicine in 2010. While attending dental school, Dr. Tsang was one of six dental students that earned a Masters degree in Public Health concurrently. During dental school, he met his wife who was born in Houston. Although not required by the state of Texas, Dr. Tsang decided to further his education and training by completing a one year General Practice Residency at the Montefiore Medical Center in the Bronx, New York. During his residency, he had advanced education in the management of emergencies, rotary molar endodontics, implant restorations, fixed and removable prosthodontics, periodontal management and surgery, and hospital based oral surgery and dentistry. Dr. Tsang recently welcomed a baby girl into their family. Big brother loves his sister. He and his family are enjoying everything Sugar Land and Missouri City has to offer. His son especially loves the zoo. Dr. Tsang is committed to providing quality dental care in a comfortable environment.
