About Donna N. Sly, Aesthetician Specialist
I’ve worked within the health and wellness industry for more than two decades and bring a unique perspective to the world of holistic skincare. My career path began at the Culinary Institute of America, and I spent over 25 years as a professional chef, including 17 years as co-owner of a boutique catering company. Along the way, I attended Mueller College of Holistic Studies, learning a variety of massage techniques, holistic health concepts, Touch for Health, reflexology, and Energy Light Rejuvenation (ELR). After leaving the catering business, I enrolled in the Esthetics program at Marinello Schools of Beauty where I earned my Esthetician Certification and License. Through further extensive training in holistic skincare practices, products and techniques, I am certified as a Holistic Skincare Practitioner and Educator for Elina Organics. My diverse background in the culinary, massage and holistic skincare arts has given me great insight into the harmony of mind and body. I am an active member of both the Associated Skin Care Professionals and the Association of Holistic Skin Care Practitioners. A lifelong proponent of nutritional, physical and mental balance, clients say that my “magic” touch and intuitive sense have helped them get the most from their skincare treatments. By feeding the skin pure organic vitamins, minerals, and natural extracts with quality, organic products – and using state-of-the-art technology – the skin’s layers repair and rejuvenate. I truly cherish the one-on-one connection with my clients as we work to achieve, optimize and maintain their skins’ health.
