About Faina M. Badineva, DDS
Dr. Faina Badineva grew up in Lviv, Ukraine, and received her degree in oral medicine from Lviv Medical Institute. She practiced dentistry there for four years before coming to the United States. She earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from New York University College of Dentistry in 2000 and completed two advanced programs in dentistry and aesthetics. She is currently an assistant clinical professor of Cariology and Comprehensive Care at NYU College of Dentistry. Dr. Badineva takes many advanced courses throughout the year to ensure she is always at the forefront of the latest advances in the dental field. She was the recipient of the Dr. Sidney Silverman Award of Excellence in the general practice of dentistry and human values and is a current member of the American Dental Association, the American Academy of General Dentistry, the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, the Pennsylvania State Dental Society, the Northeast Dental Society, the Philadelphia County Dental Society, and the Cosmetic Consortium Study Club. When she isn’t caring for her patients, Dr. Badineva enjoys music, literature, art, and swimming.
