For over a decade, I worked as a case manager at a non-profit organization serving low-income parents in the East Bay. I then found myself searching for other possibilities to grow personally and professionally yet maintaining the spirit of service in my line of work. Little did I know that becoming a massage therapist would deliver more than I've expected and would compel me to grow and evolve in ways I never thought possible. After graduating from the massage program at the National Holistic Institute (Emeryville, CA) in January 2005, I found myself immersed and enriched at the work opportunities I found in San Francisco at the Spa Vitale at the Hotel Vitale (2006-2007), as a lead therapist at I-Spa at the InterContinental Hotel (2008), and as a lead trainer at Remede Spa at the luxurious St. Regis Hotel (2005-2014). Following those years in the hospitality industry, I took a full leap into sole proprietorship and opened my massage studio in the East Bay area. With the cumulative experience of giving massages and spa treatments, I decided to further diversify my services by pursuing a long held passion in skincare. And so, in June 2017, I became a licensed esthetician through the Esthiology Program at Cinta Aveda Institute in San Francisco.
