About George W. Heckert, DDS
Dr. George Heckert is originally from Wilmington, Delaware and he attended the University of Delaware. He graduated from Temple Dental School in 1969, and completed an internship at Emily Bissell Hospital in Wilmington. In 1970, he established a general dental practice in Audubon, Audubon Dental Associates. Dr. George taught in the Department of Restorative Dentistry at the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine for six years and was president of the Main Line Dental Society. He lives in Haverford with his wife, Lynne and son, George III. Interests include gardening, basketball and meditation. He has been on the board of the Academy of Stomatology and is a member of the American Dental Association, the PA Dental Association and the Montgomery-Bucks Dental Society.
