About George J. Kassolis, DDS
Dr. Kassolis earned his DDS from the University of Maryland School of Dentistry in 1971. From there, he went on to become an Active Duty Captain in the US Army (Dental Corps) at Fort Hood, TX. In 1973, he became a Captain in the US Army Reserve Dental Corps and served in reserve duty at Fort Belvoir, VA. He joined the Baltimore City Health Department as a part-time dental provider from 1976 to 1980. From 1978 to 1979, Dr. Kassolis served as the Director of the Western Dental Clinic in Baltimore City. In 1979, he became the Director of Nursing Home Dental Care in Baltimore City. Dr. Kassolis became a dental associate in private practice with Dr. Robert Garrett in 1976, a position he held until 1979. In 1979, he opened his private practice in Hereford, MD, where he continues to provide area residents with exceptional family dental care.
