About Hamed G. Moghaddam, DDS
Dr. Hamed G. Moghaddam was born in New York City but lived abroad from age of 3 to 16 before he moved to California. He received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from UCLA, where he received Dean’s Scholarship. He then completed his General Practice Residency at Montefiore Hospitals of Albert Einstein College of Medicine and went on to complete his Endodontics degree at the prestigious Endodontics Program of UConn Health Center, where he was also elected to be the representative of all residents at UConn Senate. Throughout his education, Dr. Moghaddam was involved in various research projects and received funds from National Institute of Health T32 and National Science Foundation and presented his research at International Association for Dental Research. Dr. Moghaddam has received various honors and distinctions including President’s Scholar, Dean’s Scholar, and Departmental Honors. Dr. Moghaddam has been on TV and Radio Talk Shows including Henry Brown Radio Talk Show on WRTC-FM. Dr. Moghaddam loves to travel, enjoys photography, pilots small planes and writes computer programs in his spare time.
