As the Medical Director of Sacramento Surgical Arts, PC for Cosmetic, Facial, and Oral Surgery, Jagdev Heir, MD, DMD, FACS is a highly respected surgeon in the field. He has a Diplomate in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery by the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and a Diplomate in Facial and General Cosmetic Surgery by the American Board of Cosmetic Surgery. His Fellowships include; the American Association of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons, the American College of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons, the American Association of Cosmetic Surgery, the American Dental Association and American College of Surgeons (F.A.C.S.). With credentials as a Medical Doctor (M.D.), a Doctor of Dentistry (D.M.D.) combined with training in Anesthesia and General Surgery, Dr. Heir has superior knowledge and skill in the areas of Oral and Cosmetic Surgery. Dr. Heir believes in ongoing education for himself and other professionals in his industry. He is up to date with his continuing education courses, he is the Director of the Northern California Seattle Study Club, he has traveled the country as a speaker educating fellow doctors in his specialty, and is consistently attuned with the latest research and techniques. Dr. Heir practices with the upmost efficiency and safety when treating his patients. As part of the consultation process, Dr. Heir thoroughly explains the treatment options available to his patients so that the optimal treatment plan can be developed. He will then make a recommendation that best serves the patient. He cares about making sure you have the most pleasant experience possible while receiving excellent surgical care. Patients don’t feel like “patients” with Dr. Heir; rather, they feel like family. During his free time, Dr. Heir enjoys spending time with his family, watching and playing sports, and sailing.
