Dr. Kuo connects with her patients on a personal level, listening to their needs and desires, while applying her expertise in creating beautiful, functional, and lasting dental restorations. Dr. Kuo earned her D.D.S. degree from University of the Pacific School of Dentistry, San Francisco in 2002, after which she completed a two-year residency in Advanced General Dentistry at the same school. During her residency, she became an adjunct faculty in the subjects of Clinical Local Anesthesia and Laboratory Dental Anatomy, which she taught until 2008. F.A.C.E. enriched Dr. Kuo’s repertoire with a comprehensive restorative treatment approach in harmony with the TMJ joints, muscles, and facial esthetics. Dr. Kuo had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Mark Stepovich at F.A.C.E., and in 2007 she joined Dr. Stepovich’s practice. Both doctors are very involved in furthering their knowledge through various courses offered by top-notch institutions such as the Spear Center and Dawson Center, as well as local study clubs. Dr. Kuo was born and raised in Taipei, Taiwan. In 1991 she moved to the Bay Area. She is a graduate of Cupertino High School and University of the Pacific in Stockton, with a major in Biological Sciences and a minor in Art.
