About Jordan Karren, DMD
Dr. Karren grew up in a small farming community in southern Alberta, Canada and enjoyed playing community sports like ice hockey, football, and soccer. He continued playing ice hockey through college, playing for the BYU Ice Cats of Provo, Utah. After visiting his grandparents in Mesa as a youth, he knew Arizona was where he wanted to settle and raise a family. He earned his dental degree at the Arizona School of Dentistry and Oral Health in Mesa and excelled in comprehensive dental treatment through the use of dental implants, laser therapy, and full-mouth reconstruction. Dr. Karren continued his studies through a residency program in Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) offered by Lutheran Medical Center. Dr. Karren is a member of the Arizona Dental Association (AzDA) as well as the American Dental Association (ADA). When he has some free time, he enjoys exploring Arizona’s beautiful scenery by hiking, fishing, and camping. He still enjoys playing pick-up hockey with fellow Canadians, but has also adopted more Arizona-native sports like golf and tennis. Dr. Karren and his wife Sierra welcomed their first-born child in July of 2016.
