About Joseph Musselman, DMD
Dr. Joseph Musselman was an undergraduate at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill when he realized his true calling as a dentist. He returned to his hometown to attend Boston University Goldman School of Dental Medicine, graduating Magna Cum Laude. He accepted a postgraduate position in the Advanced Education in General Dentistry program at Temple University Kornberg School of Dentistry in Philadelphia, where he focused on techniques in esthetics, implant restoration, and complex oral rehabilitation. A lifelong learner, Dr. Musselman frequently attends courses to stay on the cutting edge of the rapidly changing field of dentistry. He is a firm believer in the benefits of early diagnosis, preventive care, and conservative treatment. Dr. Musselman believes that comprehensive care is achieved through patient education, communication, and clinical excellence. Dr. Musselman is an optimist. He is meticulous, thorough, and committed. Having grown up playing sports, he knows that teamwork is the best way to reach a goal. In his free time, Dr. Musselman loves to travel, hike, and play golf. Most of all, he enjoys spending time with his wife Rae, and their two young children.
