About Julianne H. Kuflik, MD
Julianne H. Kuflik, M.D., graduated from Tufts University and completed a surgical internship at St. Barnabas Hospital in Livingston, NJ, and her dermatology residency at Rutgers New Jersey Medical School, in Newark where she was selected chief resident. She is Assistant Clinical Professor of Dermatology at the Rutgers New Jersey Medical School teaching dermatology to the students and dermatology residents. Dr. Kuflik is board certified by the American Board of Dermatology, and is a member of the American Society of Dermatologic Surgery and the American Academy of Dermatology. She is also on the assistant editorial board for the dermatology journal Cutis for which she reviews submissions along with the Cosmetic Dermatology journal, and the Dermatologic Surgery journal. Her publications include the online “Acneiform Eruptions” chapter in E medicine and coauthorship of the “Cryosurgery” chapter in the Dermatology textbook. She enjoys practicing all aspects of general dermatology and specializes in skin cancer diagnosis and treatment, including Mohs micrographic surgery.
