About Kenneth N. Broder, DMD
Dr. Kenneth Broder is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine. After dental school he completed a residency at Long Island Jewish Medical Center in New Hyde Park, New York. He has been practicing for over 25 years and continues to advance his education by taking numerous continuing education courses. Dr. Broder is a member of the American Dental Association, the Connecticut State Dental Association, and the Stamford Dental Society, in which he served as President and is a current board member. He was also inducted as a member of the peer-reviewed Pierre Fauchard Academy of Dentistry and has served as a Delegate of Stamford to the State Dental Association for many years. Dr. Broder believes in the philosophy of optimal dental care that is personalized and appropriate for each individual. He treats all of his patients as if they were members of his extended family. Dr. Broder has been very active in the Stamford community over the years, serving on many boards, including Senior Services of Stamford (now SilverSource), the Stamford Historical Society, the Stamford Jewish Community Center (JCC), and Temple Beth El in Stamford. For many years he has also conducted interviews for prospective students as a member of PENN’s Secondary School Committee. Dr. Broder is a native of Connecticut and lives in North Stamford with his wife, Melissa, and two daughters, Sarah and Mia. In his free time he enjoys golf, skiing, bicycling, hiking, and traveling.
