About Michael Cosulich, MD
Michael Cosulich, MD is a board-certified dermatologist who is proud to continue his father's legacy of respectful, patient-centered care. Dr. Cosulich received his undergraduate degree in bioengineering from the University of Pennsylvania, where he graduated magna cum laude. He spent two more years in Philadelphia performing research at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia. He went on to graduate cum laude from the Georgetown University School of Medicine before completing his Internal Medicine internship next door at Jersey Shore University Medical Center. He then completed his Dermatology residency at the University of Mississippi Medical Center where he served as chief resident. During his residency, he received the Resident Research Award as well as the Robert S. Caldwell Award for excellence in patient care. Dr. Cosulich practices all aspects of dermatology, although he has a special interest in skin cancer and dermatologic surgery. He has authored and edited numerous papers and book chapters about various subjects in dermatology. He is a member of the American Academy of Dermatology, American Society for Dermatologic Surgery, and American Society for Mohs Surgery. When not working, Dr. Cosulich enjoys playing basketball, watching sports, and spending time with his wife and dog.
