About Peter R. Chung, DDS
Dr. Peter R. Chung is delighted to live and serve in the community of Napa. He was born and raised in the East Bay and comes from a family of dentists which include his father, his wife, and his brother-in-law. He attended college at UC Irvine, where he earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Biological Sciences in 1997. He then went on to graduate from the UCSF School of Dentistry in 2001. He is grateful for the opportunity to come to Napa in 2005, and has enjoyed being part of this wonderful community and neighborhood. Dr. Chung served on the admissions committee while at UCSF and still serves as a mentor for prospective dental students at UC Irvine. He is currently on the Board of the Napa-Solano Dental Society and is a member of the Spear Education Faculty Club, a group dedicated to advanced dental education. He enjoys sports such as golf, tennis, and ping-pong, and is a baseball, basketball, and football fan of our local teams. He also enjoys taking his dog on walks around the neighborhood. He is also an active member of the American Dental Association (ADA) and the California Dental Association (CDA). He is thrilled to have the opportunity to serve in our local community and looks forward to welcoming you to his office!
