About Peter P. Patellis, DMD
Dr. Patellis received his doctor of dental medicine degree from The University of Pittsburgh, where he graduated in 1989. Dr. Patellis then completed a post-graduate general residency program at York Hospital in York, Pennsylvania. There, he received advanced training in I.V. conscious sedation anesthesia and emergency medical procedures. Dr. Patellis has completed post-graduate studies at The Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Dental Studies, The Dawson Institute, and the world-renowned Misch International Implant Institute. Dr. Patellis is highly regarded as an educator and is nationally recognized as a leader in the field of CEREC and CAD-CAM Dentistry. He travels the country lecturing about CEREC for Sirona/Patterson Dental. Dr. Patellis is a past clinical instructor of The University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine and holds memberships in numerous professional organizations. Dr. Patellis is a fellow of the Misch International Implant Institute; and in April of 2010, he received his Diplomate status from The International Congress of Oral Impantologists; an honor and level of distinction attained by only a small percentage of dentists worldwide. In his time off, he enjoys playing golf and spending time at the beach with his family.
