About Ralph Campitiello, DMD
Dr. Campitiello takes pride in providing his patients with what he believes most people are looking for in a dentist. These are integrity, competence, and experience delivered in a friendly caring atmosphere. It is for this reason his practice has retained so many long term satisfied patients. In his dental practice he enjoys all aspects of treatment with emphasis on restorative dentistry, crown and bridge, implants and cosmetic dentistry. Always an enthusiast of continuing education, Dr. Campitiello employs the latest technologies and techniques to the benefit of his patients. Dr. Campitiello was born in New York City and grew up in the North Jersey. He attended Newark College of Engineering before graduating from Rutgers University with a degree in biology. This was followed by his dental education at New Jersey College of Medicine and Dentistry. Upon graduation from Dental School he volunteered to serve in the U.S. Air Force. As a dentist, he was awarded the rank of Captain and was stationed at Loring Air Force Base northern Maine. At the end of his tour in the Air Force he returned to civilian life, first settling in New York’s Hudson Valley. He and his family returned to their home state of New Jersey, and began to practice dentistry in Pompton Lakes. He is a member of the American Dental Association, the New Jersey Dental Association, and the Passaic County Dental Society where he served as President and Chairman of the Peer Review Committee.
