About Renata V. Weber, MD
Recently names to Bergen County's SuperDoctors in 2018, Dr. Renata Weber is a 1994 graduate of New York University School of Medicine. She completed her fellowship training in peripheral nerve, hand, and microsurgery at Washington University in St. Louis. MO. She has published extensively and is a member of several medical societies, including the American Society for Surgery of the Hand, the American Association for Hand Surgery, The American Society of Plastic Surgeons, and the American Society for Peripheral Nerve. In addition to being certified in hand surgery, she specializes in brachial plexus and complex nerve injuries. She is very interested in research and is the principal investigator for a multi-center clinical trial for nerve reconstruction using processed human nerves. Dr. Weber is part of a small group of surgeons nationwide specialized in cutting edge nerve splicing surgery for the treatment of previously untreatable paralysis. She sees patients in New York and Northern New Jersey.
