About Ronald C. Williams, DMD
Dr. R. Craig Williams was born and raised in Summit, New Jersey. He received his undergraduate AB degree from Dartmouth College in 1977, graduating cum laude with honors in his major of Mathematics. He received his dental degree from The University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine where he graduated in the top of his class in 1981. He earned membership in the Matthew Cryer Honor Society as well as Omicron Kappa Upsilon National Honor Society. Continuing at the University of Pennsylvania, Dr. Williams completed a General Practice Residency Program in Advanced Restorative Dentistry in 1982. Dr. Williams furthered his education by completing specialty programs in both Periodontics and in Periodontal Prosthesis-Fixed Prosthodontics in 1985. Dr. Williams is one of only a handful of dentists worldwide to complete this dual training program since its inception. Dr. Williams has devoted his professional career to all aspects of Periodontics, Prosthodontics, Implant and General Dentistry. While using his training to treat patients with all types of dental needs, he has particular interest in the integration of periodontal, prosthetic and implant dentistry as they relate to the restoration of a single tooth or an entire dentition. To keep abreast of the latest developments in these same areas, he attends many continuing education courses and symposia, and has received additional certification in the area of implant surgical and prosthetic procedures as well as the use of CAD/CAM technology in the fabrication of porcelain restorations. Dr. Williams has been in private practice since 1985 and has been recognized by his peers to be included in Best Dentists in America and Best Dentists in the Philadelphia Area 2005. Dr. Williams is the father of five children. His hobbies include following his children in their sports of baseball, soccer, gymnastics and equestrian riding as well as shooting sporting clays, skiing, tennis and paddle tennis.
