About Ryan P. Rivamonte, DDS
Dr. Rivamonte grew up in Commerce Township, Michigan, where he performed his undergraduate studies at the University of Michigan, and obtained his degree in dentistry from the University of Detroit Mercy. Through his studies in Movement Science at the University of Michigan, Dr. Rivamonte reinforced his appreciation for whole-body wellness and wanted to continue to pursue his passion for health through dentistry; to influence and help his community live healthier. Dr. Rivamonte provides a comfortable and compassionate experience to his patients while educating them on the benefits of tooth and gum health. He believes that with an aesthetically pleasing and confident smile, his patients are taking the most essential step towards living their best life. At the University of Detroit Mercy, Dr. Rivamonte held leadership roles that connected the dental school with the community they served by participating in local charity races, as the President of the Detroit Mercy Fit Club. He also provided essential dental services to impoverished communities in Guatemala in the summer of 2017 on a mission trip with the school’s chapter of the American Student Dental Association. Dr. Rivamonte has a fond appreciation for aesthetic and restorative dentistry. He actively seeks out classes to advance his education from school. Dr. Rivamonte enjoys his free time adventuring with his wife, Amanda, and running their English Setter puppy, Lilly–his fastest companion. He also enjoys triathlon racing, notable accomplishments including competing in the Ironman World Championships in Hawaii.
