About Sang H. Shin, DMD
Dr. Sang Ho Shin was born and raised in Seoul, South Korea. After practicing as a general dentist in Korea from 1995 to 2002, he came to the United States to have residency program in periodontic department at graduate school, obtained MS degree in oral biology and Certificate of Periodontics from Texas A&M Baylor College of Dentistry in 2006. He has been a member of the American Dental Association and American Academy of Periodontology since 2002. Dr. Shin had been performing implant dentistry in Dallas, TX for more than 10 years before he opened his new practice here in Houston, TX in 2017. He is proud to provide comfortable, painless dental care to all of his patients, and is pleased to offer both cosmetic and restorative dentistry. His services include implants, gum disease treatment, plastic gum surgery, bone graft, sinus lift, wisdom tooth extraction, IV sedation, and comprehensive dental treatment. With almost 20 years of experience, Dr. Shin and his highly skilled team are ready to help you maintain and improve your smile. He and his wife, Hyun, have raised three boys in the Dallas area. He enjoys playing golf, jogging, and going to the movies with his family. The family treasures their time together and the friends they have made in Texas.
