About Sean Tahaney, DDS
Dr. Sean Tahaney grew up in Michigan and received his Bachelor of Science degree from Alma College. He earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree at the Medical College of Virginia, then returned to Michigan to complete a one-year post-graduate degree in hospital-based general dentistry. Dr. Tahaney served as a faculty instructor at the University of Michigan oral diagnosis clinic, and has also published dental research. Dr. Tahaney has been in practice in the Oxford area for over 20 years. An active member of the American Dental Association, Dr. Tahaney also belongs to the Michigan Dental Association, the Pinnacle Study Group, the Oakland County Dental Society, and has been a participant in the MDA’s Donated Dental Services program since 1995. Sean and his wife Joy have been married for over 20 years. They live in Brandon Township with their two sons, Bill and Cameron, and their ""four-legged"" family members Seamus, Murphy, and Tully.
