Dr. Reitzen's ENT specialities include disorders of the ear (e.g., ear infections, effusions, hearing loss, cerumen and foreign bodies), mouth/throat (e.g., infections, foreign body sensation, dysphagia, throat pain) and neck (e.g., neck masses, lymphadenopathy). Dr. Reitzen's facial plastic surgical specialties include: non-surgical facial rejuvenation such as Botox/Dysport and injectable fillers, skin cancer reconstruction, Rhinoplasty, facelifts, blepharoplasty, blow surgery, otoplasty, neck liposuction, and all aspects of facial trauma and reconstruction. Dr. Reitizen completed her undergraduate B.A. degree with an Honors Distinction and New York University. She then attended the NYU School of Medicine, where she obtained her MD degree with Honors relating to her research in Neurophysiology. Dr. Reitzen completed her residency training in Otolaryngology; Head and Neck Surgery at New York University, and served as Chief Resident, with specialized training in the area of facial plastic and reconstructive surgery. Following this residency, Dr. Reitzen completed a specialized and dedicated facial plastic and reconstructive surgery fellowship program at the prestigious University of Miami Health System. Dr. Reitzen is double board certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery and the American Board of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. She is Affiliated with Hackensack University Medical Center, Lenox Hill Hospital.
