About Stacy O. Forrest, DMD
Welcome to our office! I was born and raised in a small town in Pennsylvania. My college dream was to attend The Pennsylvania State University (Penn State). I fell in love with the school as a young child and loved watching the Nittany Lions on TV. I graduated with a Biology degree and a minor in Human Development and Family Studies from Penn State (and yes, I now bleed blue and white). After graduation, I pursued my dental studies at the University of Louisville. It is there that I met my husband, Brad Forrest. We have been married since 2000 (which makes it easy for my husband to remember how many years we’ve been married!) and have two young boys and two furry babies. I love spending time with my family and friends. Having close relationships to the family and friends in my life, and my faith, are what centers me. Much of our time is spent watching our boys play sports. We love to travel as a family when we have time. In my free time I enjoy gardening and cooking. Since my second diagnosis of cancer in 2007, I try to eat a clean diet and do my best to make my family that way too (much to their dismay!). I also love any outdoor activities…hiking, biking, zip lining and snorkeling. If I can combine two of my favorite pastimes, being outside and eating, then I’m really happy! Did I mention I really like food?! I was drawn to dentistry because it involved taking care of people, being artistic and forming personal relationships with people. I truly enjoy being in a profession where I can interact with people everyday, create and improve the beauty and health of others, and utilize the ever-changing and evolving technology that defines modern dentistry. I love taking care of my patients and do everything possible to treat my patients with the same kindness, respect and compassion that I would want for myself and my family. I feel very blessed to come to work each day!
