About Stephen F. Wood, DDS
Personalized dentistry has always been Dr. Wood’s goal. A native San Antonian, he graduated from MacArthur High School to receive his bachelor’s degree from UT Austin, with honors. As both a San Antonian and Longhorn at heart, Dr. Wood became a graduate of the University of Texas Health/Science Center at San Antonio, where he holds a degree in Doctor of Dental Surgery. One of Dr. Wood’s key underlying philosophies is that under the tooth is a real person. He believes in treating the whole person, not just the underlying issue.
