Dr. Raine’s medical philosophy is the ‘Golden Rule’. It has always worked for him in all aspects of his life. He tries as best as he can to treat others as he wishes to be treated. Surgery has been his passion and his blessing. He finds nothing more rewarding than executing a technically demanding surgical procedure, and thereby, healing an illness or changing a body image issue which has hampered a person in fulfilling their full potential. Living tissue is a wonder he observes every day, and it never ceases to humble him as the ultimate miracle. He feels his technical skill and depth of experience place him in a unique position to deliver good counsel and excellent results. Dr. Raine loves sports and is an avid follower of many teams in Football, Baseball and Basketball. In his spare time, he enjoys writing poetry and studying art. His volunteer work includes preforming over twenty medical missions in Central America, South America and the Philippines repairing deformities in children and adults.
