About Terry M. Kelly, DMD
Dr. Kelly attended the University of Illinois, received his dental degree from Southern Illinois University School of Dental Medicine, and completed a residency in Prosthodontics at LSU School of Dentistry in New Orleans. After completing his fellowship training at MD Anderson Cancer Center, he started the Maxillofacial Prosthetic program at H. Lee Moffitt Cancer Center in Tampa where he served as Director, Maxillofacial Prosthetics & Dental Oncology. As a Clinical Associate Professor in the Department of Otolaryngology at the University of South Florida College of Medicine, Dr. Kelly worked with cancer and reconstructive surgeons to provide dental implant treatment to head and neck cancer patients. Dr. Kelly is active in many national prosthodontic organizations including the American College of Prosthodontists where he served on the Board of Directors, and he is Past President of both the Florida Prosthodontic Association and the American Academy of Maxillofacial Prosthetics. He has dedicated over 30 years to the study, research, teaching and practice of prosthodontics and dental implant treatment.
